Paradise Valley Neighborhood

Paradise Valley has some of the most breathtaking desert and mountain views with average home prices in the seven figures.  This cozy community tucked away behind the shadow of Camelback Mountain is filled with beautiful upscale homes.

With multiple resorts and three golf courses, the town is as much of a destination for visitors as it is for homeowners. While the neighborhood embodies a calm and relaxed suburban life, it is only minutes from the action of the downtown Phoenix area.

Biltmore Neighborhood

The formal Phoenix Biltmore neighborhood is located between 24th and 32nd street, just north of Camelback Road. This is considered one of the city’s most fancied residential areas, where pristine homes are sprinkled in near the renowned Biltmore shopping center and the prestigious Hilton Waldorf Astoria Biltmore Hotel & Spa.

The upscale neighborhood is plush with green grass and mature shade trees. It’s also ornamented with amazing fountains, citrus trees, roses and palm trees delivering one of the most breathtaking areas in the valley. It is within a 15 minute proximity to other areas of the city.

Arcadia Neighborhood

Arcadia is one of the most highly desired places to live in Phoenix with its coveted neighborhoods and charming homes. This bountiful community with high-achieving schools and excellent restaurants stretches from just south of Camelback Mountain to Thomas, between 44th & 68th Streets. It is known for its large lots and family-friendly bike paths.

The Arcadia neighborhood contains many larger ranch homes that were once occupied by citrus farmers. Custom built homes from the mid-20th century have given Arcadia a signature look that has people wanting to  own a home here.

North Scottsdale Neighborhood

Nestled between the majestic mountains of the northeast valley, south to Shea Boulevard, and west to Scottsdale Road, North Scottsdale is one of Arizona’s most scenic places to live.

This highly desirable area encompasses three major zip codes that feature majestic mountain views, championship golf courses, sophisticated nightlife and plenty of shopping and dining options. North Scottsdale is one of Arizona’s most scenic places to live.

Central Avenue Corridor Neighborhood

The Central Avenue Corridor runs north-south in Phoenix and is one of the region’s largest centers of employment, with over 60,000 people being employed within a three-mile (5 km) radius of Central Avenue. Major employers are large banks and financial institutions, hi-tech companies, law firms and government agencies.

Central Avenue represents almost every architectural use and style found in Phoenix. On Central Avenue and its vicinity, many live in recognized and protected historic neighborhoods. The east and west sides of the Central Avenue Corridor are lined with historical homes and buildings.

South Scottsdale Neighborhood

South Scottsdale runs north of McKellips Road, east of 64th Street, south of Doubletree Ranch Road and west of Pima Road. You will find just about everything you need in a major metropolitan city right here.

South Scottsdale has great amenities from shopping, art galleries, nightlife and restaurants. It also features affordable housing near parks and greenbelts that are great for hiking, biking, and family outings.
